OPERATIONS

Any advice to someone who is just getting started?

Schedule time in your day to workout, like you would a meeting. Being consistent helps and you don't have to train hard every day, just get in the habit of moving. 

What is your favorite movement?

I secretly love burpees.

 

Favorite place you've visited?

Ireland, I think? Traveled there with my best friend and it's so beautiful. The people are also very nice! But Italy comes in a very close second. I got to work on an organic olive farm and climb in the trees. 

What is your morning routine?

During the week I wake up at 4, feed my animals, make my matcha green tea to go, fill out self journal for the day and rub my animals bellies. 

 

What is your favorite hobby?

Anything crafty and creative I love. DIY house projects, yup. 

 

When do you workout?

In the afternoons around 2 or 3. I like to end my work day with a workout.
