Our Fitness monthly training plan gives you access to all classes and specifically, Kansas City's highest quality CrossFit program. You'll have access to the highest quality training and the most comprehensive class schedule in the area - giving you up to 14 classes to choose from per day. If you're looking for results - look no further. 

At its core, the focus of our CrossFit program is functional fitness training with the goal of preparing you for any physical task, not only those which are known but those which are unknown or even unknowable.


Whether it’s being able to chase your kids,  get up off the ground or lift a bag of mulch, we want you to be able to do anything physical that you're asked to do. 


We strive to build physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
