EVERYONE can participate - Deadlift 135/95, Thrusters 75/45, Rowing for Calories, Wallballs 14/10 and Burpees. We're even happy to scale further if needed.
Sign-up sheet will be next to the computer in the lobby. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for this event – even if you’re not working out, come along to support other members and enjoy the morning as a spectator. Open invitation to grab coffee/ brunch together afterwards if people are free. We will make a reservation on behalf of the group in a local spot if needed.
