Jon's Favorite Cheat Day Pancakes That Won't Blow You Up

1:2 Banana to egg ratio (multiply by each person, i.e. for 3 people 3:6), a smash of almond or arrowroot flour, salt, cinnamon, and honey. Consistency of a milk shake. Add almond milk, if needed, to make 'thinner' and cook in coconut oil. Oh yeah, don't forget to add a little maple syrup...enjoy!
